Within the framework of the Journées de la culture 2010, CIAC – Centre international d’art contemporain de Montréal will be presenting on September 24, 25 and 26 a preview of the 7th edition of La Biennale de Montréal.

During these three days, the general public will be provided the opportunity to discover at Galerie Graff, 963 Rachel East, a production of the artists COZIC (Yvon and Monic) in the theme of the next BNL MTL, "chance in art."

CIAC’s Flying Squad of Cultural Mediators will be there from noon to 5:00 pm to offer information on the exhibits. We invite you all, amateurs and fans, to join us at Graff to discover and enjoy of the works of the artists COZIC.

Founded in 1999, the FGM is modeled after the 700-odd community foundations that already exist in Canada and the United States. Their versatility, flexibility, and effectiveness allow these foundations to satisfy both the wishes of donors and the needs of the charitable organizations they benefit.

The FGM differs from other charitable organizations in that it builds endowment funds, the revenues from which are used to support charitable work in a number of areas, primarily health, education, social services, arts and culture, and the environment. Donations to the FGM thus serve the Greater Montreal community in perpetuity.
